Versatility!

I seem to be getting a lot of customers ordering frames that will do both, geared, single speed , and some even asking for the option to run a Rohloff system. The Paragon Sliders can make it happen and are a great choice to be able to do that . They are certainly beautifully machined components !

Personal Touch!

Just to make sure that my customers don't forget who's bike it is!!! During the final detail process , I polish the titanium tube and apply a computer generated stencil made out of a special material that holds up during the glass bead blasting process, and what is left is the persons name !

Frame Alignment

Just a shot of the alignment table measuring the head tube 12 " from the center of the head tube. This takes place top and bottom of the head tube. This is just one of many areas that is checked during the building process on every frame.

Cowboy!

As my two sons head off to school next week rest assured I will still have the company of our family dog, Cowboy, to keep me company at work in the shop. As you can see he is making sure I pay attention to the fine details of bike building. I am grateful for his company !

Another Life For A Breakaway!

This is the second time this bike has come in for life saving repairs. The first was a badly damaged top tube from an accident. I replaced it and back on the road for another year of great riding. This time I think it was a battle between the garage door opening and the cartopped bike, hence the damaged down tube and complete replacement. I look forward to my customer having many good years of safe riding on the newly repaired frame!

New Road Frame and Fork

As you can see my customers request for red decals has moved me from my traditional black and silver decals . I have to admit I'm pretty old fashioned in the graphics department. It looked great and the customer loved it!
